The Hub - Teesside University is the location for the day and is in the heart of Middlesbrough and provides an outstanding experience to students. 

The town-centre campus has undergone over £275m of recent investment, including simulated practice environments and one of the country's best teaching and learning environments in all digital aspects of computing, design and media

Connectivity 

The Teesside University is easily accessible via various transportation links: 

Located half a mile away from Middlesbrough Town Centre is Middlesbrough Railway Station. LNER operates a direct London service from Middlesbrough Railway Station twice daily. 

  • By Train -  TransPennine Express and Northern Rail operate through Middlesbrough Railway Station with direct services to and from York, Leeds and Manchester. Connecting services run to and from Eaglescliffe and Darlington, which are on the East Coast Main Line both, providing links to and from London and other national destinations.  
  • By Air - Teesside International Airport is 13 miles away. It has flight connections to many British and European airports. 
  • Public Transport - Located in the centre of the town, Middlesbrough Bus Station serves a number of bus routes across the region. Long distance coaches to various national destinations, including London and Manchester, leave from the bus station’s express lounge. 
  • By Car – Middlesbrough is linked to the national road network by the A1(M), the A19 and the A66 dual carriageways. Follow signs to the town centre - the University is signposted from there. 
  • By Foot – Just a short walk from town centre and train station.
