We're absolutely delighted that Thomas Loughlin, Sustainable Lead at Booking.com will be sharing updates about how they are working with partners and peers to provide an array of sustainable experiences to give customers more sustainable choices when they travel.

Thomas Loughlin, the Sustainable Manager - Customer facing product at Booking.com. Thomas has been working in the travel and hospitality industries for 19 years. Following the completion of a masters in tourism and business from Dublin Institute of Technology, Thomas moved to the USA to work for one of the USA's first LEED accredited hotels. At Booking.com, Thomas focuses on product innovation/development, working to help both partners and customers on their sustainability journeys.

The key themes of sustainability and accessibility will be the focus of this year's online TMI Hot Topic event.
