We're excited to be heading to Birmingham, in the heart of the UK for this years 'in person' annual convention on 29th and 30th October.

With amazing connectivity and fantastic transport links, the dynamic, diverse and ambitious city of Birmingham, in the heart of the West Midlands, will play host to this year's event.

Supported by The West Midlands Growth Company, the main day convention will take place in the fully sustainable conference room in McIntyre House at University College Birmingham. Opened in September 2014, the building’s stunning design is underpinned by the latest technology, a high-specification fit out, impressive functionality and cutting-edge environmental features.

McIntyre House is certified as a fully sustainable building with a number of intelligent management and recycling features, making this the perfect venue to listen to the latest sustainable tourism initiatives and digital innovations.

We'll be covering all the latest in destination management innovations and provide the latest updates from across the sector and best case studies practices, but would love to hear members views on what  themes and content you would like to see covered at this year's event.
